OUR PURPOSE

Manor Management Services, Inc.'s (MMS) and its’ sister corporation Manor Management of Alaska Inc. (MMA) purpose is to generate and manage the finest housing and related services possible for elderly citizens. We are founded on the concept that housing can be economically built, managed, operated, and maintained without sacrificing each resident's pursuit of - and the right to - security, happiness, usefulness, and joy in longer living.

INCORPORATION

Patrick C. O'Toole founded Manor Management Services, Inc. (MMS) on April 1, 1991. The corporation’s mailing address and location is 12901 SE 97th Ave, Suite 220, Clackamas, OR 97015. Formation of this corporation furnished the opportunity to utilize current management ability and further develop the talent that had been operating J.W.O., Inc., Union Labor Retirement Association (ULRA) and Union Retirement Association (URA) retirement communiteis since 1963. Patrick passed away in July of 2019 at which time Greg T. Franks took over operations. Greg and Patrick had been working together since 1987 during the JWO management years.

Manor Management of Alaska, Inc. (MMA) was formed specifically to provide services to seniors in Alaska. MMA was incorporated on July 29, 1992, and began operations on August 1, 1994. The corporation's mailing address and location is 2030 Muldoon Road in Anchorage, AK. Its daily business operations are located at 12901 SE 97th Ave, Suite 220, Clackamas, OR 97015. OUR PHILOSOPHY

MMS and MMA are founded on the concept that its residents and employees will assume responsible and creative positions in a world of constant change. The retirement communities are not islands within the neighborhood of which they were developed but regular participants in community affairs.

The corporations believe all residents should keep as physically and mentally active as possible. Age is a state of mind and young people can be found at any age. A myriad of activities that stimulate both the mind and body are encouraged and fostered.
